1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using Lyncio's platform and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Services

Lyncio provides global payroll, HR, hiring (EOR, contractors, talent), and related services. The specific services you receive are governed by your order form or agreement with us. We may update or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

3. Your obligations

You agree to provide accurate information, use the services in compliance with applicable laws, not misuse or abuse the platform, and be responsible for the use of your account and any content or data you submit.

4. Fees and payment

Fees are as set forth in your agreement or on our pricing page. You agree to pay all amounts when due. We may suspend services for non-payment after notice.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lyncio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
